Who we are!!
Amazon Bluenile Recording is a Jamaican based independent roots reggae record label that was established in 1992 by Producer/Songwriter/Sound Engineer, Sean "Amazon" Woodhouse. The mission of the label is to produce uplifting, high quality roots music while promoting only the most talented new artistes. It has been sixteen years and we are still at it, producer great new artistes like Dr. Cabull Bird, and producing great albums such as Miss Cassie All Stars Vol.1, Amazon Rebel, and Amazon Raw.

The happenings
OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE FOR ALBUMS
We are happy to announce the release dates for our new albums, UNTOUCHABLE and AMAZON IN LVE will be release world wide on June 30, 2008. The albums will be available on major download sites, including our online store, and CD's will be available for purchase from our online store (wholesale and retail), on EBay, and from Amazon.com (retail).
TELLAHA'S FIRST SINGLE
Amazon Bluenile Recording is proud to be the first label to release a single for the hot new female Deejay, TELLAHA, who was the third runner up on the Magnum King and Queen of dancehall talent contest. The title of the single is NO LOVE INNA DEM HEART, and was recorded almost two years ago on the Miss Cassie riddim. The label felt it was the prefect time to release Tellaha's single because of the recognition she acquired on the Magnum King and Queen show. Dr. Cabull Bird: Untouchable
Amazon Bluenile Recording has completed production of Dr. Cabull Bird's debut album, UNTOUCHABLE. The album is set for June/July release date. Promotion for Untouchable has already began. The album will contian fourteen tracks - a mixture of lover's rock and roots. Check out Dr. Cabull Bird's MySpace to listen tracks from the album. Check this site regularly for more information.
